After checking into my hotel to prepare for my meeting, I realized I had left my dress shirt at home. Larry was quick and eager to help, and cast no judgement over the idiot tattooed guy who forgot a key piece of his wardrobe. He let me know it happens all the time, and pointed me toward the buy-one-get one shirts for about $100. Great service--they even pressed the brand new shirt for me.
