I went into the store on Sunday, December 28th to return a pair of boots that unfortunately did not fit me. Wishing they had because they are a beautiful pair of boots (Stockard). Upon my return, I was notified since I had worn them they were not sure if I could exchange them or get a refund. I simply wanted to exchange it for something I could wear whether it was shoes, or anything else. In the process, I shared with them I had the boots on for maybe 2 hours at my house to see if I could wear them and now I was going to be stuck with a pair of boots that do not fit me and was told she wasn't sure what she could do because I had worn them. After taking pictures of the boots and giving her my contact information I have yet to have a call back from anyone. The store assistants have been wonderful all 5 times that I have called back but I have not heard from a manager or have had this issue resolved. This experience has been awful and frustrating. I simply wanted to exchange it for something I could use...after all my wonderful husband gave them to me as a Christmas gift and they have been sitting in a box waiting for a call to resolve this issue. This has been a very disappointing experience with a company I thought had quality items and service.
