  Terrible customer service. Bought a desk and was told that I could pay $99 to have it delivered or pick it up from the store for free, in 2 days. Because I had some other shopping to do in the near future, I decided to make another trip to pick it up. When I got to the store we found that their Dallas warehouse shipped just the desk top. The legs and drawers weren't there. I was told that I could return 4 days later to get the item or pay $99 to have it delivered. Seemed like a lousy proposal. I was already going home empty handed and didn't want to make another 30-minute drive to the store, let alone wait 4 more days. I asked to speak to a manager, but the manager denied my request to have it delivered to my home for free, or do anything else to make the situation right, because "the situation wasn't exceptional enough" to warrant any enhanced customer service. Wow, duly noted Weirs, I will take my business elsewhere moving forward!
